Alternatively, you could get a full-service conference package and let us take care of all the organising and catering, whether it’s breakfast, dinner or anything in between. Conference spaces
Hawkhill is a place where you can organise a conference in the peace of Nuuksio National Park’s breathtaking wilderness. Enjoy a conference package that puts you in the tranquility of a lakeside cottage. We offer eight log cottages of various different sizes. All come well equipped, tastefully decorated and sporting their own sauna and strip of lakeshore, complete with rowing boats that are all yours for the duration of your event.
Delicious food and great catering
Put the finishing touches on your conference day with delicious food and refreshments in the Hawkhill fashion, whether it’s coffee brewed over a campfire or a lavish fine dining experience. We tailor our dining and catering experiences to your wishes for the perfect event!
Sustainability is one of our core values and extends to everything we do, our kitchen included. We use organic, locally produced and environmentally friendly ingredients whenever possible. Our catering menu changes with the seasons.
Our kitchen is located in the former Tervalampi village school, which we chose as our kitchen space in order to support the activities of the former school, which now serves as the village hall. Instead of building something new, we felt it was important to bring life back to a disused space by giving it a new purpose.

Conference package – One-day conference
Conference cottage from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The conference day’s meals consist of:

Starting €149 per person, group of 10 (0% VAT)
Enjoy sauna access for an additional €169, including bath towels!

Conference cottage with sauna from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Conference package – Overnight conference
Conference cottage and sauna from 9 a.m. to 12 noon = 1 1/2 days
Includes full board, accommodation in 2–3 person rooms in our log cottages, bedding and cleaning. You get a conference space all to yourself in our cottage, as well as sauna access, a fire pit and your own stretch of lakeshore.
