Forest Restaurant means that we bring the catering into the forest. Forest Restaurant services are available everywhere at the resort. You can choose between Korpela Forest Restaurant, Forest Lounge Tuomela, one of our villas or even a nice spot ain the forest.
Local food, organic ingredients and a low carbon footprint
We use locally sourced ingredients, Finnish berries, mushrooms, wild herbs and organic products whenever possible. We aim to keep the carbon footprint of our catering low by offering delicious vegetarian options. When we serve meat, it is game or responsibly produced local meat. The fish we offer is responsibly sourced and ASC-certified.
